The lurong living challenge is over, as much as I hated documenting my food choices and strictly following a derived paleo diet (which to be honest I gave up on when the challenge began to post banana bread recipes and things that were originally against the plan) I do appreciate losing 8 inches and 15lbs and seeing further transformations in the box.
And now I am committing myself to training for the crossfit games… Starting this week with 6am and 6pm training and also strict diet and commitment… So maybe regardless of my grumpiness with this challenge it helped me to commit even more to crossfit and fitness. I may even venture to say that I am an athlete.
