Usually I use thick cut porkchops but the skinny ones were on sale this weekend.
Ingredients
1 in thick porkchops
3 slices bacon
2 apples
1/2 large onion
1 celery stalk
In a pan cook up the bacon sliced
Then add onions
Peel and dice the apples and celery and cook until applies are soft.
You can stuff the porkchops of they are thick and place in crockpot for 7 hours on low, simple slice the side of the porkchops and fill with the bacon apple filling, or if your chops are thin, cover a casserole dish with coconut oil and make a layer of pork chops cover with apple bacon and then cover with porkchops bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
3 slices bacon chopped
Brussels sprouts
In a pan (I used the same one that I used for apple bacon stuffing) simmer bacon
Add rinsed Brussels sprouts
Simmer until the sprouts start to stick, then add 1/4 cup water. Flip around Brussels everytime they start to stick add a little water. Takes about 15 min to cook depending on size…serve when done;)
